We helped them get under the skin of their customer by segmenting their market and isolating key opportunities for each rider type. This resulted in new initiatives such as the Quiet Zone and GO Presto Café, not to mention significant documented improvements in customer service. In fact, the Canadian Urban Transit Association recognised Go Transit with its 2014 Corporate Leadership Award citing our work as a key contributor to their achievements.
